Custom Order/Non Stocking Products
Suburban Silk requires 50% non-refundable deposit. Should the order at any time be cancelled, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. In some individual cases based on the number of days the order has been in production, a full payment may be required. The balance plus applicable shipping is due before delivery of merchandise. Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to orders will be accepted within 5 business days of order being submitted. Please email us at info@suburbansilk.com, or fax your changes/cancellation to 702.446.0399. Orders from Stocking Retailers can be cancelled, however these orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancellation comes more than 5 days of written order being placed or if order was already in production. Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions.

Damages and Returns
Although we make every effort to deliver your order in excellent condition, damages and defects may occur that are out of control. All claims must be made within 5 business days after the receipt of shipment. No returned merchandise will be accepted for credit without authorization from Suburban Silk. Items returned must be in their original packaging. All undamaged returns are subject to 25% restocking charge, plus freight. No refunds are made for damaged or defective merchandise. We will make a reasonable effort to replacement or provide credit only. Any refused shipment is subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges.

Payments
For a first time ordering, we require VISA or MASTER CARD. Credit cards are charged when merchandise is shipped. Credit references are accepted for establishing terms for reorders. Terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date. An unpaid invoice, when due, shall carry 1.5% interest charge per month, until full payment is made. We reserve the right to return any account to prepayment status. Any account placed for collection will be charged for all attorney, court and collection fees. A $30.00 service charge will be added to customer's account for each returned check. Buyer agrees to litigate all payment disputes and collection efforts in the jurisdiction of Boulder County, Colorado, the corporate office location of Suburban Silk. Any judgement in court against buyer will be executed by the local authorities in the jurisdiction of the buyer.

All Suburban Silk's products are handcrafted from natural and organic materials. Please expect your order to have slight variations in size, color and finish.
